Frog Mail Club Terms & Conditions

by becoming a member, you agree to the following terms:

✧ A membership to Frog Mail Club is a monthly, recurring subscription to receive a 4x6” hand-signed ChonkyFrog art print in the mail each month. Memberships renew automatically based on your sign up date. You are free to unsubscribe at any time.

✧ Your membership must be active with a valid mailing address by the 15th of the month to qualify for that month's Frog Mail. Mail is sent out to active members at the end of the month via USPS First Class Mail. (If you missed the cut off date for the month, your Frog Mail will begin the following month, but you still have access to all other benefits as soon as you sign up.)

✧ An active membership gives you an unlimited 25% off code to ALL previous frog mail prints in the Frog Mail Shop. Discount codes are updated monthly and posted to the Frog Mail Club member page on kofi.

✧ Currently, there are no returns or refunds for Frog Mail Club memberships - if your art is damaged during transit, please contact the artist at jasminecherryartist@gmail.com and we will make it right!

✧ The ChonkyFrog member page at https://ko-fi.com/mychonkyfrog/posts is where all Frog Mail Club updates are posted, including member-only exclusive content. As a member you will automatically receive email notifications... but they may end up in your spam folder, so be sure to move it to primary!
